Our Philosophy

iL Baretto has been a labor of love for us since day one. We took over management of this great location in the heart of Broward county when businesses were closed and many were unsure of when/if they will reopen. We took the leap knowing that, if we were able to share our passion for creating great Italian-style dishes and deep-dish pizzas then we will be a success.

Much like the phrase "Like water for Chocolates" our emotions are tied into our food. We cook with love, patience, and fresh ingredients. You are not ever a customer when you dine with us but part of our very large family. We would love to have a glass of wine from our collection of Italian wines and have a conversation about your day.
